Dis-Chem in Secunda Mall, you are in for Pathetic service

If you use Dis-Chem in Secunda Mall, you are in for Pathetic service. Never have the items they advertised online, but it shows in stock. Or other way around they say no stock online and then when you go to the store itself then the whole shelf is full of the exact product. It also doesn't help to complain at head office or instore because they do nothing about it. If asked to use the cashback for a portion of the amount to be paid for items, they do not listen and then they take the whole amount from your bank account without using the cashback, but this is what you get if you support BEE. No wonder no one I know want to support Dischem Stores because of the pathetic service, and unfortunately this is the case every time I shop there
