Dis-Chem Horror

Pharmacists at dis-chem dont know what is going on.The pharmacist that dispensed my medication last month did not notify me I have to get a new script for the month of December for my medication.Today the 07 December 2021 I needed my repeat medication and been told by the pharmacist on duty I can not have my medication due to the fact that my script is depleted and needed a new script.If I was givien the correct information last month by the pharmacist who dispensed my medication last month,i would have been saved the embarrasment and inconvienience for being refused my medication due to the fact that my script expired.I specifically asked the pharmacist last month how many repeats do i have left and she told me I still have 2 more repeats left before i need a new script.This is totally unacceptable and reckless to receive such information from a pharmacist that could have saved me the embarrasment.If anything should have happened to me due to her refusing my medication and given the wrong info from a pharmacist she would bare the consequences.
