Dis-Chem Health Plus cancelations

Took out the Dis-chem health plus plan. This was a few days ago. The sales agent was very quick to sell the product. He also said I have a 14 day cool off period if I want to cancel without notice. Went and read what their product entails and decided to cancel. I've sent 2 cancelation requests without any feedback. Seems like they only care about you when selling the product then you are ignored.
