Dis-Chem Health insurance is a ****

I'm very disappointed with dischem health insurance. It's a **** I canceled my policy with them and still was charged for it. My policy was R486 for the core plan and I was charged R581. No one can explain to me why was I charged R581. Now they refusing to refund my money back. Very bad service don't recommend it
