I regret the day I took Dis-Chem health insurance, my daughter has asthma attack now, with confidence called their emergency only to be told she can't go to the casualty at the private hospital. Sorry that is not covered. How on earth do play with our lives like this. If I knew this I wouldn't even bother to take their insurance. I specifically told who ever I took this insurance that I want the insurance that will pay for my daughter's asthma attacks. I'm extremely disappointed and scared for my daughters life. I'm in shock because that's the only reason I took this insurance. Now this. They are running a **** take money from clients make false promises and only to learn the painful way. I'm angry.
