Dis-Chem Health Insurance ****

Good day, I am very unhappy with the service that Dis-Chem Health is rendering, firstly you don’t get any response from them on time, you send them an email they will answer after 3-5 days repeating the same email or giving you an instruction that will not help. Secondly, you don’t have access to the APP which means that you can’t utilise any benefit. Access is always denied due to the APP technicality which they don’t seem to care about , whilst they deduct their monthly premiums. It is very frustrating and *********** of them, their main focus is to make profit from the clients that they don’t care about furthermore they don’t even have walk-in branches therefore that means that we are just throwing money to the bin because clearly we will not be assisted with our grievances.
