Authorisation for EEG scan refused for reason "Clinical Technology not covered".

1) Clinical Technology is not listed under "Exclusion" in policy document KH12392. 2) EEG is a form of Radiology, which is INCLUDED in policy document. The disinterest in providing reasonable reasons pertaining to my inquiry, and adamancy in sticking to their "not covered" stance does not inspire confidence in my decision to join this medical insurance provider.
