Dis-Chem Head Office Customer Service = No Service

<p>I phoned Dis-Chem Customer Service numerous times to find out when their "upgraded" system will send my Dis-Chem purchases, dating back to August 2016, to Discovery, in order for Discovery to give my Cash Back to me. No one from Dis-Chem's customer service even bothers to contact me back, they keep saying that their IT guys are working on the problem.....if your IT department struggles to fix the problem for over 3 months.....maybe get new a IT team!!!! This is absurd and truely pathetic!!!!!!</p>
