Dis-Chem has no uniformity. No knowledge of what they doing

I am not happy with the service Im getting from Dis-Chem. I went to Dis-Chem Mall of Tembisa to pierce my babys ears when she was about 1 year 6 months. They told me they only do piercings at the age of 2years. Now that my baby is 2 years I took her to Dis-Chem Glen Acres. A lady called Liss Told me they can only do it when she's 5 years. I don't understand because I'm not getting the correct information. I'm going back and forth and the incorrect information. I should have went to other pharmacies to pierce my baby. This is totally unacceptable. I trusted Dis-Chem but now I'm disappointed. No one knows the correct procedure. They are clueless about piercing of babies
