Dis-Chem Greenstone Mall. Your service is ****.

I'm deeply ****ed off and disappointed with Dis-Chem Greenstone Mall. Their service is disgusting, to say the least! I went for a blood test at their clinic on Tuesday 17 September at lunchtime. The Examiner, Jessey Tshabalala, drew my blood and it was really painful - she did it so badly! My arm bruised where she had drawn the blood, and I've had blood drawn many times, but my arm/s have never bruised. This is a bad bruise. This is unacceptable!

The examiner told me that my results would be back on Friday or latest Monday the 23rd of September. And she would call me. I paid for the test before leaving Dis-Chem on that fateful Tuesday.

It's now Thursday, 26 September and I still have not heard from Jessey Tshabalala, or anybody else from Dis-chem. What is wrong with their service?? Does Dis-Chem not think that I would want to hear back from them regarding my test results??

So this morning at 9:15 tried calling them on the number provided on their consultation invoice - tel: ***, and there was a message saying that their trading hours were from 9:00 - 18:00 and then it hung up. I've tried now 5 times, the last time being 9:56 and the same thing happens.

So Dis-Chem are not calling me, and I cannot get through to them on their phone number. And I've double checked the number on their website. It's the only one provided for Greenstone.

It's like they don't care, and they don't care that they don't care.

So you know what, I don't care either. Just **** Off then! I'm going top come in for a full refund and get my bloodiest done somewhere else.
