Dis-chem Glen Acres - Kempton Park Bad Service

So i went to Dis-chem yesterday. I had to get medication for my grandfather. As i was approaching the till my fiancé called me and asked me to get one more item. As i tried to pay for the items i already had, I was informed that they were having an issue with FNB, so i needed to go and withdraw cash. I went ahead and withdrew the cash. I came back and asked the lady at the till if i could go and get other items which, had i not had to withdraw money i would have gotten it. Her response was "sivalile sisi" (We're closed) with a whole attitude. And i was really unhappy because she was rude, I knew what i wanted and it was NOT my fault that i had to go and withdraw money. Also the fact that she works with people should be reason enough to at least try and be nice. I was so so angry with the attitude i received but i didn't have the energy to actually report her to her manager since ït was "closed"! I have the slips with all her details but she needs to really do better as a human being before anything!
