Dis-Chem Gift Card Policy

I bought electronic vouchers through e-bucks and wanted to convert them to a physical gift card but Dis-Chem does not allow this.

I asked what happens if I buy a R10 item and have R490 left on the voucher they also said they can’t put it on a gift card and I should use it or lose it.

This is most probably done so that I should misplace or forget about the e-voucher and not spend something they already got the paid for.
