DIS-CHEM GAP COVER WHAT A DISSAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!!!

I took out Dis-Chem gap over. i have bee trying to cancel this since august, numerous calls to kaelo and emails to ***, nothing. no reply mail, no confirmation, i had to stop it at the bank just to hear that dischem-gap will keep on trying. YOU ARE IN DIRECT CONFLICT OF MY RIGHTS AS A CUSTOMER!! and are acting against all fais and poppy regulations and you leave me no choice as to do a OMBUD COMPLAINT..think twice before you take out Dis-Chem gap cover because if you cannot get hold of them for a simple admin procedure how will your claim be handled!!!!!!!! I need someone to callllllll me!!!!!!!!!!
