Dis-Chem GAP Cover Useless Customer Service

Good day,

I signed up for the GAP cover of Dischem, i submitted a claim to Dischem Gap and have been waiting two weeks for a response. I laid a complaint and they promised me that they would respond within 8 hours three days later still waiting.

They service is terrible and would not recommend using them
