Dis-Chem free baby bag

I’ve signed up for the dis-Chem baby program and decided to do my gift registry with them. I made my purchase of R1000 to qualify for my FREE BABY BAG weeks ago. However when I call to follow up I get no answer, the care line just rings and the what’s app is a bot which is frustrating. I even called the switch board and was cut off . I’m over this and will be cancelling my gift registry with des-Chem
