Dis-Chem Fleural vaccination nightmare

I visited Dischem Fleurdal today for a COVID vaccine. Before coming I had phoned ahead and was told yes I could get vaccinated today. I arrived just before 2PM. I also had registered on the EVDS system beforehand. I was told that I would get my vaccination, I filled out several long forms and waited for my turn. I waited for more than an hour and then I was told they could not vaccinate me, right before closing.

I took special time off from work and came from outside of Bloemfontein to get vaccinated. This ordeal has left me very upset and rattled. I'm very unhappy with my experience at Dischem Fleurdal.
