Dis-chem flamingo mall - staff has terrible attitude

I believe the ladies name is Lilanda , she has a terrible attitude . went in to get a refund and she couldn't understand the simple difference between a credit and debit card. She insisted I paid using a credit card when I tried explaining the difference she started rolling her eyes and shouting. Lousy!
