Dis-Chem Festival Mall TERRIBLE SERVICE

Been trying to get hold of Dis-Chem Festival Mall. The number on Google ***) keeps saying that the number is not in use. Called Dis-Chem Head Office, and they transfered me to the Festival Mall branch, only to find out that there is nobody to answer the phone, and I can not even leave a message as their mailbox is full. I JUST WANT TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT FOR A BABY VACCINATION!! Downloaded the Dis-Chem app to try and do this, but the only appointments that it gives me, is for beauty???? HOW????????
