Dis-Chem fals advertising

I have been supporting Dis-Chem for some time now i buy my medication from them i buy presents there because they have the all in one already pack noce gifts and i buy my toiletries and alot of other things from Dis-Chem reacently i found out i was pregnant so i went to register for there atvertisment saying if you register and buy a R1000 baby products you will recive a free baby bag on your 28th week of pregnacy. So im currently on my 32 week of pregnancy i spend more the R1000 on baby stuff and still no baby bag i feelbits fals advertising. I emailed headoffice just to get back i have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for the bag. After 2 to 3 weeks i go to dis-chem and ask to find out if my bag has arrived only to hear that i do quilify but the are having problems with the baby bags? I see this as bad service and fals advertising.
