Over the weekend and corresponding from Zimbabwe I gave a complicated online order to Ruth at Dis-Chem that needed to be changed frequently due to shortages. I can gladly say , she went the extra mile and delivery to my courier is on its way . All done by clearly written and easily understood emails . A pleasurable experience not often found these days !
