Dis-chem Empty Promises

I recently did an online order with Dis-chem to reduce travelling during the Lockdown. I placed an order on the 28th of April and was notified that the goods will be delivered within 7-10 working days. When I placed the order the goods were in stock. When we received the delivery all the items were not delivered but Dis-chem sent a letter stating that the goods are no longer in stock and a refund will be done which till today was not done.

I have tried numerous times calling Dis-chem's call centre with no luck.

Why advertise online if you do you not have stock? I do not mind the refund, but the process is a nightmare and the service is really poor.

Dis-chem needs to up their standards on Customer Service!!!
