Dis-Chem Drive through testing

COVID-19 testing in itself is a traumatic experience but doing it though Dischem has been an even bigger nightmare. Of course I was worried about my results and called the dischem only to be spoken to in a rude manner. When I get through to the results department the lady transfers my call while Im speaking to her. I’m still waiting for my results.

Truly disgusted by this.
