Dis-Chem Drive-Through Covid-19 Testing station = Know what to expect!!

I took my partner on the 4th of August and her daughter on the 5th of August to Dis-Chem's DRIVE-THROUGH testing stations at Willowbridge, Tygervalley and Table Bay Mall. What an utter nightmare!!! My perception of their website and booking system is that there are so many slots and if all booked then you wait till next day. NOT true!! Willowbridge - Waited more than an hour in a queue with a number on the windshield to be tested, while people were walking in from everywhere and got tested as well. (I have photos and videos of this). There are no clear indicators or instructions upon arrival. When we arrived, I parked and wanted to get out to walk over to a table in the parking ba*****t to ask what's next. All of a sudden a woman - looked like a Dis-Chem employee, shouted at me to stay in my car. When I asked her what do I do next to get tested, she told me to go to the table. I then asked her if I should stay in my car - as per her instruction - or go to the table, she ignored me. Clearly disorganized and not enough people working at the testing station. Moving on to Table Bay Mall - again inside a ba*****t parking area. Here , again no clear signs or indicators. We eventually found the queue and waited. 2 hours and 14 minutes later, we got to the point of being tested. When I made the booking, there were an allotted amount available. The amount of cars and, again, the pedestrians were much more than that amount. This time, however, my daughter had to get OUT of the car to go sit on a chair and be tested. WHAT IS THE PURPOSES OR DEFINITION OF A DRIVE THOUGH??????

The service received is appalling and the attitude of the employees even worse. Had this been only one testing station I had visited, I might have felt different, but this based on two different ones. The second experience even worse than the first. My other concern is also that the administrative structure in place at these stations, differ cheese and chalk from each other. Surely Dis-Chem has ONE Global Procedure for ALL the stations to follow?? I was and still am not impressed!!
