Dis-Chem Doesn't Care!

Dis-Chem sold me a Phillips One Blade that stopped working after a couple of months. I returned it to Dis-Chem Hillcrest who advised that it would go back to supplier and that I should get feedback within a week.

A couple of weeks later I phone in to find out just to be thrown from one call to the other, be on hold for long period of time. Eventually I got hold of a store employee that promised to phone back with feedback. I never got a call back. Then 2 days later I phone the stores again asking to speak to the store manager who's reply was that he is busy in receiving and will call me back soon as he is done. It has been 2 days and yet no response. I phoned in just now and after 10 minutes of holding I was told that the store manager is not in and he will call me when he returns to the store. This is an expensive personal care item that was bought for a purpose and cannot easily be replaced. I will not buy any such product from Dis-Chem ever again.
