Dis-Chem & Disney no extra stickers as announced

The promotion Dis-Chem & Disney offers an extra sticker when you buy Nivea and use your Absa card to pay. However, I spent R501.00 and only got 5 stickers and not extra stickers as announced. It might be something wrong in the system? I just wondering what's happening.
