DIS-CHEM... Disgust

Hi All

Even after all the negative news regarding Dis Chem and thier price hikes, I chose to still support them

I went to the branch at Shelly Beach today (south coast mall) and my experience soon turned in to a unhappy event

I was refused entry untill I purchase a face mask. I demanded to talk to the manager as this requirement only becomes law on Friday 1 May...

The manageress came to meet my outside the store and I explained to her that last week Thursday I was there and purchased 15 of thier masks @14.95 each and when I arrived on the farm to hand out to the staff 11 of the 15 masks was faulty as he elastic was not attached

She told me that EVERYONE sells the same masks and we have to be happy with what we get.... I think that is absolutely unacceptable to receive such a reply

Not only have Dis Chem hiked their prices from R14. 95 for a pack of 5 masks, you now pay that for 1 mask and you not allowed to complain if it's faulty.

I don't think this organization cares about anyone but thier profits
