Dis-Chem-Despicable, Disgusting, Unprofessional Treatment

Dis-Chem are the most despicable, disgusting, unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. In the last 14 visits I have had with them, Dis-Chem has made a total of 11 blunders. Even worse is that of these 11 blunders I have had 1-3 problem's at each visit. 10 of these 14 visits were at Dis-Chem Morningside. Of these 10 visits I had 8 problems in a row! The remainder at Dis-Chem Nicolway.

My personal information has been disgustingly maintained. I have had repeated cross-overs of profiles. Ongoing account mistakes.

It is so terrible that I will not even waste my time going into more detail. I am ashamed to be their patient. Please don't even phone me, I have heard all the apologies under the sun.
