Dis-Chem Debacle

<p>Sunday Morning. Script faxed thru by doctor. We phone to check if ready. No you are using a different fax number to the one you use on other scripts? Something around a back and front fax. My problem? You promise to call us back when you find our fax? Huh!! I go to collect. You have a sign where to go and collect but stupid of me to expect anyone there? When I ask disinterested staff I eventually get assisted. I get handed the parcel and get told to go pay. Till is ready for me (I feel at last I am winning) over the load shouting going on between 7-8 lady cashiers. No need for any music as noise from this lot is overwelming. They try scan the bar code. No luck, scan again, nothing. Supervisor tries. Nothing. They then take back to dispensery. 15 minute wait at the till. Still nothing. Eventually I am raving mad by waiting with nothing happening! I go to the back to find a part script has been given to me. They are only putting together now? And guess what - it was on medical aid so no need to pay. Dis-chem Dainfern Square you are worse than terrible. Where is your management? I'm not talking about mates that are now promoted into minor management positions for a Sunday. Get your stuff together. What a sorry state you are in!! This is business not a ****a shop.</p>
