Good day HP, I just have to say a huge thank you for sorting out my 'Ampath' complaint I got more results In 1 day than I did In months :) anyway, my complaint Is about Dischem Customer support and my Order No *** refers.

I placed an order online and there was a special for the 'Essential Capsules, buy 1 and get 2. They never delivered the 2nd Item and I put In a complaint with Caroline and got a response from Lerato that they has escalated this query to the relevant teams, that was nearly 3 weeks ago, and every time I query or want feedback I get the same message back.

The delivery came from their Jean Crossing Branch and I have heard nothing.

Please can you assist, not good Customer Service :(
