Dis-chem Customer Service is Pathetic!!!

Dis-chem Customer Service sucks!!! They are quick to promote the Disney Collectibles but fail to tell you about the fine print!! Then when you complain to customer care, they tell you to read the terms and conditions on their website!!! Pathetic!!! Your staff should be trained when telling patrons about you promotions and that we need to check the website for fine print! Way to go Dischem.... quick to take our money and ensure that we get nothing in return!
