Dis-chem cresta mall(dispensary) treated me like I lesser than other human being..I am in massive pain ..my dignity was taken away from me..

Dis-chem cresta mall (dispensary treated me like a lesser human being....my dignity was taken away from me ....this happened on the 5th of June 2019 around 17:18 .. I lodged a complain with the assistant store manager ....I believe in using the right channels before I take this further... I would like to hear from the head or the supervisor of your complaint department ... as I write this I am in massive affliction ...
