Dis-Chem COVID testing

I went for a covid test at Dis-Chem athol Oaklands last week Thursday morning. Still have not got results And I cannot get through to Toga labs. I am a healthcare worker and have lost out on 3 days of work now. Luckily for Ampath as they helped me get results within 2 days so I could return back to work. I am so disappointed that Dis-Chem would offer a service or choose a lab that takes people’s money but does not actually provide results.
