Dis-Chem "COVID-19 Drive in Tests" - Shockingly poor service

I made an appointment for the COVID-19 Rapid antibody at Dis Chem Claremont "drive-in" via their website and recieved an sms confirming the appointment. I took of time from work to have the test done and assumed that the "drive-in" would be somewhere close to the claremont store at Cavendish but found no "drive-in". On inquiry in the store, i was sent to the clinic where i was told that they were out stock for carrying out the test. I was advised to go to Kennilworth. At Kennilworth (again no "drive-in") there was long line which seemed to be at a standstill. After waiting for some time i had to leave. This evening, i recieved an sms noting that i had missed the appointment and inviting me to make another appointment.

The service that dis-chem is offering here is simply unacceptable. I believe that they should (1) have clear directions on the website as to where to access the test (dont market as a "drive-in" if there is none and (2) at least have the decency to cancel the appointment in advance if they are not able to provide the service.
