Dis-Chem couldn't care less about their customers

I slipped on spilled oil in this branch of Dis-Chem a week ago (Tuesday, 4 Aug 2015). Not only was the manager, Mr Eben Greyling, rude, unhelpful and totally dis-interested, but Dis-Chem's Customer Service Department has also failed to come back to us as promised. Mr Greyling didn't even bother to greet me after the incident - let alone apologize for the nasty fall which was entirely due to his negligence. It was a colourless, clear oil that had been spilled and was difficult to spot on the off-white tile floor. Despite most of the aisles in the store having been contaminated by this spill, only ONE person had been designated to clean up. No signs had been put up in the other aisles to warn customers of the hazard. The lady at the call centre to whom my sister spoke, said an incident report should have been completed - that was the first time we heard about that. The bottom line: DO NOT SUPPORT DIS-CHEM - they only want your money & couldn't care less about your well-being!
