Dis-Chem - clearly service is not a priority

I am trying to make an appointment for a flu vaccination at Dischem Woodlands. If I phone their number, I am put through to the general call centre where you are on hold forever. Finally, I am put through to the Woodlands Branch and when they transfer me to the clinic, I am either cut off or it remains engaged.
