Dis-Chem chaos

My son took a Covid test at OR Tambo Friday 30 April. There were only one person servicing all flights leaving the country. On the website it ask for your first name and not your full name. Obviously it was his first time testing for Covid and he put in his first name as Chris and not his full name as Jan Harm Christiaan. He was refused the flight. When we went back to change his details, the employee refused to change it, even if it meant that he will miss his flight. After long discussion, he had to register again and had to pay a second time. This caused a great deal of agony, as he was leaving the country and had to deal with such total lack of compassion.
