Dis-chem Centurion baby clinic is disgusting

Dis-chem Centurion baby clinic has the worst disgusting staff members. I called in today to ask for more information about my son's immunisation. One of the ladies who answered didn't have time for me whatsoever. She literally told me that she's busy with patients and she can't talk. Why on earth did she pick up the phone while busy with patients. Could she at least not ask me to hold a while and then explain properly to me? She was extremely rude!!! I will never set foot at their shop ever again and I'd advise people not to even bother, because they will receive the same treatment or even worse than mine.
