I was there when doors were closing, begged the security at the door to please help and I need to get a inhaler for my son that is struggling to breath. We are having a birthday spoil up at Wi Jump upstairs and that my son started to struggle to breath. I told my husband that I will go down to Dis-Chem and get a over the counter inhaler.

The security just said NO, WE CLOSED! I started getting upset and by this "over friendly" person and broke out in tears, all of the sudden he changed his tune and tells me that someone is looking for a manager to find out if it will be ok if i come in! All this just to upset me and to get me in tears, you must be joking! The professionalism, friendliness and sympathy from your stores rocket scientist security guard is non existent in that shop! Eventually after making a scene outside of the shop he opened the door! There were still people in the que that still needed to pay, so it was not a matter of going to do my monthly shopping, i just needed a Ventolin Inhaler.

Your staff in the pharmacy itself, was more helpful and willing to help that old friendly at the door whom lacks serious people s****s as he has the people s****s of a brick!
