Dis-Chem careline dosen't care!

I have been a loyal customer of Dischem for a long time and put an online order in every month. Lately orders have been arriving with items missing (which are already paid for) and when reporting it to the Careline there is NO response. I reported an item missing from the order 2 weeks ago and haven't had an acknowledgement or refund. This never used to be the case but recently (even before Covid19) their service has been getting worse and worse. And don't even try phoning, that's a waste of precious airtime! Very disappointed!
