Dis-Chem Brooklyn Mall

My partner and I went to Dis-chem in Brooklyn mall over the weekend..the 1st of June 2019 to be precise. There was a delay of making a copy of the receipt for the return that we did because we bought the item ag another Dis-Chem. We received a shocking and disgusting service from one of the supervisor by the name of Vinolia Matjila. She was so rude and called us stupid in sepedi and in her defense she was trying to intervene from a misunderstanding that transpired between my partner and the senior cashier. She even made threats that should she see one of us outside the shop she would make us regret ever messing with her. She was also name calling me as a customer..THE NERVE! My partner went to call the manager who was on duty and she was also disrespectful to the clerk manager and was asked to apologize and she blatantly refused. I noticed that she was also terrified of her and have no confidence in that manager being a disciplinarian.
