Dis Chem beauty salon cresta no systems in place

Terrible experience at the Dis Chem beauty salon in cresta today. It was my first time there having received a gift voucher from a friend.I had booked an appointment telephonically for 3 treatments for the 24th at 9.00am. I arrive there at 9am. they have my booking for 8am with only one treatment booked. The person who did the booking was presumably not there. The other two ladies tried to shift clients around to see if they could remedy the blunder. Unfortunately it was not to be.Im told the salon reopens after Xmas only on the 28th December. Far too late for my treatments as I leave that morning on holiday. I would like to request Dischem to kindly reimburse my gift voucher since I no longer have a need for it. I had to walk a few shops down to another Salon who could accommodate me for all my treatments before I leave on holiday.Dis Chem kindly reimburse me for your sloppy work taking appointments, causing absolute inconvenience and wasting people's time the day before Xmas.
