Dis-Chem beauty department

My wife developed a skin problem around the eyes. I contacted Dis-Chem beautician department as suggested by a friend (Pharmacist). I took my wife to Dis-Chem The Glen for a specialist to assess the problem and after a few minutes she recommended treatment by means of Laser and some magnetic procedure. My wife went to the first treatment (an hour) and we were told to go back within 2 weeks. My wife underwent the second treatment (30 minutes) by the same beautician (Faith), there was no improvement at that stage. On the 7th August my wife once again went to Dis-Chem in Rosebank for the 3rd session. Faith was not at work but she didn't have the decency to cancel with us which meant that we went all the way to Rosebank . I called a meeting that was attended by Marielet Van Rensburg, Milton (Rosebank store Manager) and Aki Antoniou (Area Manager). At the meeting, Marielet categorically stated that the treatment would not help, she had never seen that problem before and agreed together with Milton to refund the money paid for the treatments. I have called Milton and Merielet but up to now no refund was given, they keep on passing the buck to each other. I now demand the full refund.
