Dis-chem Ballito Lifestyle

I had a terrible experience at Dischem Ballito on Sunday the 11th of October. It was around 4:45pm when I went to get contraceptives and had a form containing very personal information. The pharmacist was utterly rude and unprofessional.She went onto share the information on my form with 2 other colleagues that were there...speaking loudly therefore not respecting my privacy. The experience left me feeling humiliated and exposed unnecessary. As a customer I feel I was not treated with dignity and respect. I did not feel comfortable laying a complaint with the manager as I was warned that they will favour The Pharmacist who happens to be white.
