Dis-chem Baby Programme

My Wife were introduced to the Baby Programme by dis-chem staff when while being Pregnant. They said after spending R1000 she would receive a baby bag as a gift within 3weeks. Over a month ago we purchased about R2000 goods and were told we will received the bag within 3weeks. More than a month later still NOTHING!!!
