Dis-Chem baby clinic sister

First time parent experience.

We went to Dis-chem Cradlestone clinic or our little girls 10 week injections.

Sister Leboneng Mika assisted us witch resulted in a horrible experience. She rushed the appointment and was quite rude and impatient with this first time mom questions.

She never sat still for 2 min to just discuss my questions and concerns I had regarding my baby girl. Half answers was given.

She did not look at the clinic card to see the tracking of our baby weight and just started to fight as accoeding to her baby is not gaining enought weight. Eventually when we told her she was pre-matured she advise the gain is fine.

How can you advise and consult without looking at the card at hand.

This was n horrible experience fo both parents and baby.
