Dis-chem baby bag reward program

When I got pregnant I was seriously excited to learn about the dis-chem baby bag reward program. Today I was terribly disappointed when I received my bag. On Facebook you see all these bags filled with wonderful products but then as you see the newer posts everyone is complaining that the products are getting fewer with every bag.

I feel it's terribly unfair that the criteria (spend R1000) is the same for each expecting mother to get a bag BUT THE BAGS ARE NOT THE SAME FOR EACH EXPECTING MOTHER.

How is it that one mothers bag is filled to the brim with products but the next one has to be happy with the minimum.

Is my R1000 n spent to get the bag not the same as the next persons?
