Dis-chem... Award for **** Artists 2023

Dis-chem Medical aid is the biggest ****. I have been paying them monthly for almost 6 months only to be told they have no doctors or dentists that can help me in Mpumalanga!!! But this was not what they told me when they contacted me to join! Now when I want to use this medical aid for the first time Hlomi (worst customer service rep ever) wont assist me and out right told me to just cancel my policy then have to speak to me and help me! I am totally disgusted. **** of a medical aid and worst customer service I have ever encountered in all my life. I am a pensioner, this is how Dis-chem employees treat people? This is how you treat the pensioners of this country now? Have you no shame Dis-chem - yet another typical South African vulture company out to rob us. I am going to the Ombudsman and all over social media to warn everyone not to invest their hard earned money on you. I will make sure everyone knows about your ****! I want all my money back you stole from me with your false employees who lie to get you clients. I will go to every social media platform and tell everyone what it is you do until I am refunded my ****med money!
