Dis chem amanzimtoti service is terrible and cold

I am a regular dis chem client I visit them every month for my chronic medication,recently I have been to hospital for a major operation on my abdomen and due to the operation walking,sitting and standing long is a problem ,I get excruciating pain and my pressure goes sky high due to this,I have ran out of my chronic medication and needed a refill, if I don't take my medication I will die so I had no other choice but to go and collect the medication,on my arrival there the line was very short ,I stood on the line but the moment I realised that I can't anymore as they were very slow,I went to the front and rang a bell,I had to ring it 4 times before I was attended to,I explained to the lady my situation and her reply was its difficult for anyone to assist as the clients on the queue will complain I told her I was on the queue but couldn't stand anymore and had to take this route she then told me that it would have been better if I continued waiting o n the queue,but she will try and look for some to assist me,I waited and she could see I was sweating,she came back and told me that her friend will help but at the moment she is still with medical aid on the line,she then left,I waited 10 minutes and then decided to go back to the line as the lady was done and busy attending to clients on the queue ,waited on the queue and then was called after 3 clients by counter 8,when I got there the lady took her tine and still engaged to personal conversation with the colleague,I am totally disgusted with the service I received today DIS CHEM Amanzimtoti showed me that they do not care about my wellbeing the only thing they want is money from my medical aid,after this cold treatment I received I do not see myself going back to any of your branches and your staff is cold,I want this looked at and management to explain to me if this is their way of doing business
