Dis-Chem: Abuse Of Clients' Contact Details

I would like to report abuse of clients' contact details as I have rep**** 'STOP' to their sms's countless times, even emailed them asking them to remove me from their contact lists and was assured more than once this has been done, but the harassment continues. I want to know where I can report them as I am sick of this intrusion.
