Dis-Chem

On Friday, 28 June 2019 I went to Dis- Chem, Garden Route Mall, George complaining about a Blood Glucose Monitoring system I bought from them on 16 November 2017 (still under warranty). They phoned the supplier, Altys Technology (Pty) Limited. The onus was immediately placed on me and the latter company to solve the issue. Dis-Chem did not take any ownership and passed the telephone to me to explain the problem. In my conversation with Altys Tecnology, a certain Prudence promised that they will solve the issue by 5 July 2019. Needless to say, I am still waiting. A pathetic customer experience which will be propelled by word of mouth.
